Xbox third-party games showcase: How to watch

Xbox

Xbox is set to host a showcase this Wednesday, highlighting a diverse array of third-party titles bound for Microsoft’s gaming consoles, Windows PCs, and Game Pass. The event commences on Wednesday, October 25 at 1 PM EST and can be streamed on the official YouTube channel or Twitch.

The stream promises to deliver a blend of fresh indie games and beloved classics from third-party developers such as Remedy, Studio Wildcard, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, and more. The agenda features 20 minutes of trailers and gameplay footage. Think of this event as Xbox’s equivalent of Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase.

While Microsoft hasn’t disclosed the specific games taking the spotlight, they did offer some tantalizing hints. Expect the latest updates on the Yakuza-inspired RPG “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth” and “Dungeons of Hinterberg.” Additionally, the stream will unveil the much-anticipated launch trailer for “Alan Wake II,” slated for release later this week, and the first gameplay footage of “Ark: Survival Ascended.” As a cherry on top, anticipate a few surprises—perhaps even a glimpse of “Hollow Knight: Silksong.”

The stream will be accessible in 30 languages, including American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL). Furthermore, Xbox promises that YouTube streams will be in 4K at 60fps, providing an excellent way to assess real-world graphical performance.
